Hlásenie o pobyte bude vygenerované automaticky po odoslaní formulára.

Hlásenie o pobyte si stiahnite k sebe do počítača, vytlačte, vyplňte chýbajúce polia a podpíšte.

Ak zadávate údaje o hosťovi, ktorý bude ubytovaný s Vami, nezabudnite stiahnuť Hlásenie o pobyte aj pre neho (odkaz naň nájdete pod tlačidlom „Odoslať“).

This form also serves to pre-fill the „To Report the Residence“ form which ich mandatory for us to confirm your accomodation.

„To Report the Residence“ form will be generated automatically after submitting the Check-In form.

Download the „To Report the Residence“ form to your computer, print it, fill in the missing fields and sign it.

Then send the form to the e-mail address info@apartmany-adam.sk

If you are entering details about a guest who will be staying with you, don’t forget to download the „To Report the Residence“ form for them as well (you can find the link under the „Submit“ button).
